For this reason we would not re-sell them. If you believe you have a reaction to one of our products, please provide details of the In-Flight product used, date purchased and where purchased and a photo of the packaging, plus details of your exposure to the sun (including incidental exposure such as walking from house to car) in the past 24 hours, a description of food, drinks and medication ingested in the 48 hours preceding the reaction, plus your use of any other skin-care products you applied in the 48 hours preceding your reaction and a history of other skin reactions you have experienced to other skin-care products. Our products are scientifically formulated for sensitive skin and we comprehensively test all our products for skin reactions: (including on ourselves – both our founder Annie and our lead chemist Toni, suffer from sensitive skin, hence our passion for formulations that do not irritate and that soothe sensitive skin.) If you have hypersensitive skin, allergic contact dermatitis, a food intolerance or allergy, or have started taking a new medication, we strongly recommend you patch test our products before use.
